We ship nationwide via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT ship the same business day for in-stock items. Transit times are typically 1-5 business days depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping Rates

Real-time rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders and promotions.

Returns

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and regulatory reasons, PPE and sterile items are non-returnable unless defective. Obtain an RMA before returning any item.

Damages & Shortages

Please report damages or shortages within 3 business days of receipt. Keep all packaging for carrier inspection.
